Global bank-offer catalog (card/bank discounts). Attach to listings/channels via Listing Channel Offers. Applied in the cart by code.

📄️ List / search bank offers (paginated)

Most-recent first. Optional `q` matches code/title (case-insensitive substring); optional `status` filters exactly (e.g. ACTIVE). 1-based `page`; defaults to `page=1&size=20`.

📄️ Create or update a bank offer

Creates when `id` is blank/new; otherwise overwrites the existing bank offer. Pass `generateCodes` (and optional `codePrefix`) to bulk-generate that many redeemable codes for the offer in the same call.
